Service Description
A Friday evening to Saturday night rental is $800 plus a $125 non-negotiable professional cleaning and sanitizing fee. You will be charged the $300 refundable deposit upon booking and invoiced for the remaining $925 to be paid no less than 7 days prior to your event date.
